if your business moves to a new location, you can maintain a presence in your prior
location by forwarding calls from your old number(s) to your new number, preventing
costly updates to existing yellow page ads, business cards, stationery, and sales
collateral.

Remote Number Forwarding offers a range of options to meet your specific needs.
Your business can choose a single path (a call path is the equivalent of a phone
line, allowing one call at a time) which allows a single RNF call at a time or multiple
paths in groups of 5 to allow up to a maximum of 30 calls at a time. All this flexibility
is designed to provide you with the ability to easily connect with your customers.

Remote Number Forwarding includes unlimited inbound calling and unlimited local
call forwarding. Calls forwarded outside of the local calling area are billed at
our basic domestic long distance rate, which is currently $0.07 per minute. Plus,
Remote Number Forwarding is backed by our 24/7/365 customer support.

Remote Number Forwarding is available to existing and new customers using Charter
Business® Phone or Charter Business®T1 PRI.
