Charter Business PRI is a T1-PRI (ISDN) service that connects to your PBX or other type of telephone system. PRI is easily scalable, offering a single T1 or multiple T1 connections. These T1s will support numerous connection options as well as logical trunk groups. An expandable device supplied by Charter Business is used to connect your current telephone equipment to the Charter network.

Charter Business PRI supports local service and offers a variety of long-distance calling options.

• Maximize your savings on domestic, direct-dialed long-distance calls with Charter Business.
• All long distance packages offer anytime, anywhere minutes with no peak or off-peak rates for direct-dialed, intraLATA, intrastate and interstate calls within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Minutes included in the package are spread across all T1s at a single service location.
• Any minutes that fall outside the package minutes are competitively priced.
• Toll-free minutes apply to the same minute packages as domestic long distance.

PRI Location Overflow:

With our robust PRI system, you can automatically overflow your calls from one PRI location to another PRI location.

Disaster Recovery:

Charter Business also offers Disaster Recovery. All you have to do, in the event of a disaster, is call to remove numbers from the PRI and forward them to another phone number to initiate your pre-determined plan.

Charter Business PRI supports:

• Inbound local and long-distance calls, and direct inward dialing (DID)
• Outbound local and long-distance calls
