Customers who are interested in their call usage detail may access this information
online via MyAccount at www.charterBusiness.com/myaccount.
Since these calls are included in the calling plan, and not charged separately,
we found that many customers were not interested in having this information included
on their bill. By not including the call detail on paper statements we were able
to make the bill more streamlined and easier to understand, plus we are able to
save paper, which is good for the environment.
