The Charter Business^® Agent Referral Program is a simple way for business people like you to earn extra cash by leveraging the business contacts you're already making. All you have to do is help clients, colleagues, and partners get better internet, data networking, phone, T1-PRI(ISDN), and/or TV services. It's easy. First, register as a Charter Business Agent Referral partner. Then identify a referral, submit that referral's information to us, and we'll do the rest. If your referral meets the program requirements and signs up for Charter Business
service(s), you get paid.

Whom can I refer?

Program requirements include any business in need of:

Internet
Telephone services including T1 PRI (ISDN)
Fiber services (Data Networking, Fiber Internet, Optical Ethernet)
TV services

How much do I get paid?

You will be eligible for payment when we sign up a business for at least a 12-month contract, have service(s) installed, and are billing for service.

Your payment amount will be equivalent to our first month's revenue from the referred customer, up to a maximum of $5,000. Plus, if you sell more than one service, your payment amount will be equivalent to 1.5 times our first month’s revenue from the referral customer, up to a maximum of $5,000. In addition, you may receive an accelerator up to another $5,000 on top of your initial referral fee.

Fiber Internet, Data Networking, and T1-PRI(ISDN) leads that turn into sales will be paid 6% x Total Contract Value.

Effective 3/22/2011 all leads submitted after this date will be eligible for payout based on the above schedules. Leads submitted prior to this date are eligible for payout based on the previous payout schedule.

How do I sign up?

Register as a Charter Business Agent Referral by clicking here. Within approximately 72 hours, you will receive your Charter Business Agent ID number and instructions about the program. Your local point of contact will work with you when you submit leads.
