BGP routing and IP address announcement
For customers that must connect to multiple ISP providers and need data traffic
to flow smoothly, Charter Business offers Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing
or IP address announcement as service options.
DNS Support
Charter Business Fiber Internet service includes Domain Name System (DNS) support
with static IP addresses to keep your business front and center on the internet.
The service starts by offering up to a total of 14 static (/28) IP addresses, with
the option to add more at an incremental cost.
Cost-efficient rates for schools, libraries and rural healthcare providers
Charter Business is a certified service provider for the E-rate and Rural Health
Care (RHC) programs. Administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company
(USAC), these programs offer discounts to eligible schools, libraries and rural
healthcare providers.
