Maximus Multimedia International and Charter Communications Announce Reciprocal Marketing Agreement

Charter and Maximus team to offer hotels complete media experience

Peoria, Illinois, and St. Louis, Missouri, October 30, 2008 -- Maximus Multimedia International, LLC, a leading hospitality media network and provider of hospitality information and entertainment-on-demand systems; and Charter Business^®, a provider of telecommunications services to small and medium-sized businesses, announced today an agreement in which Charter and Maximus will offer hotels in Charter’s service area a suite of services consisting of Charter’s Internet and TV services with the Maximus entertainment-on-demand service.

The goal of the Charter / Maximus agreement is to offer travelers the same media experience that they receive in their home. “Hoteliers want to be able to serve to their guests the highest quality in-room entertainment available,” said Mike Harding, President and Chief Executive Officer of Maximus. “Charter is a great strategic ally to be that complement to our services.
